How the pump head works
Product introduction of lotion pump head: various types, multiple specifications, good sealing performance, uniform spray volume, no spillage, good exhaust function, light hand feeling, not bulky
The quality production process of the lotion pump head grasps the strict quality requirements, the vacuum inner core, the liquid discharge is smooth and easy to install, and it is tight and leak-proof.
Lotion pump head use: a variety of colors for cleaning and washing (hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
Different hand sanitizers have different pump heads. Generally, there are two types of pump heads for hand sanitizers: 1. For ordinary hand sanitizers, make sure that the other hand presses the lower round cover when screwing the pump head. In this way, it will pop up as long as it is rotated 360 degrees; 2. Foam-type hand sanitizer can be squeezed and used by simply screwing the liquid outlet of the pump head to a groove on the upper part of the round cover. Some pump heads have a plastic clip between the liquid outlet and the lower round cover (for fixing, to prevent the pump head from rotating and leaking during transportation), if your pump head is this type, just take it. Under this plastic buckle, you can rotate.
How to open the pump head of hand sanitizer: Tighten the cap connecting the pump head to the bottle body clockwise, and rotate the pump head counterclockwise until it pops open.
The working principle of the pump head is the same as that of the piston pump. It also uses the movement of the piston and the opening of the single-phase valve to close and discharge the air in the liquid removal bucket, causing the internal and external pressure to rub, so that the liquid rises under the action of atmospheric pressure and is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe. The hand sanitizer bottle has a press-type liquid suction mechanism, which is mainly composed of a catheter, a radial leaf ball valve, a spring yellow, a hollow plunger, a piston, a liquid outlet pipe, and a liquid removal from the barrel. When the liquid is pressed down by hand, the pressure in the removal bucket was too high, the spring valve was closed by the compressed leaf stem valve, and at the same time, because the piston moved downward, the liquid outlet hole on the hollow plunger was opened at this time, and the liquid was removed. The liquid in the hole flows out of the liquid removal pipe from the liquid removal hole. When the hand is released, the yellow spring recovers, so that the piston moves up and the pressure in the liquid removal tank decreases, and the liquid removal hole on the hollow plunger is closed. , the leaf stem valve is opened, and under the action of atmospheric pressure, the liquid enters the liquid removal bucket from the catheter through the leaf stem valve. In this way, the piston reciprocates up and down in the barrel, continuously sucking the liquid out of the bottle.
